Certified in: Calisthenics, Weight Loss, Strength Training, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Injury Prevention, Flexibility and Mobility, Functional Movement, Cardiovascular Conditioning, Metabolic Conditioning, Endurance, Corrective Exercise and Posture, Circuit Training, Bodyweight Training, and with more than 20 years of playing Competitive Soccer, as well as 2 years of playing Semi-Pro. I also help with Sports-Specific Training and of course Nutrition Programs as well. You can choose from a wide array of existing Training options, your very own Nutrition Programs, or both!
